And the chest armor is done, you will need to update your Rikugous and Kemonos for this to work. You should also update your O.CA arms and legs because i have fixed a few texture loading bugs as well as fixed the specularity settings that shaded the armor all weird around local lights. It should all look good now….. i think.
I also made a scarf to go along with the armor, it can also be used separately.
Apart from the Kemono and Rikugou compatibility updates for the armor, theres also a bunch of other bug fixes that you might want to check out.
Here is the list of all the changes:
Fixed neck and triangulation. (mainly for O.CA chest compatibility)
Fixed a rigging bug with the Kemono hands and gloves.
Fixed a LOD issue with the hips.
Fixed a LOD issue with the right furry leg.
Fixed an issue with voice chat mouth animation.
Added a missing “ADD” graphical element to the body HUD right side options menu.
Switched places basic and advanced mode buttons on the body HUD to be more intuitive.
Fixed an issue with voice chat mouth animation option breaking the head.
Fixed a problem with the reset button not working when the options menu is close don the HUD.
Included the retro loader into the main package instead of the bonus item box because GOD DAMN IT YOU PEOPLE.
-O.CA arms and legs v2:
Fixed a rigging issue on the fingers of the Kemono version.
Fixed a rigging issue on the arms of the Rikugou lite version.
Fixed an issue with the wrong “red skull” textures being loaded on the arms of Avatar 2.0 and Rikugou lite versions.
Fixed an issue with speculars, shading the whole armor weird around local lights.
Added a Resync option to the menu of the Rikugou armor parts, this is for when one of the body parts reset and clip through the armor after reloging or adding the part second instead of first.
-Rikugou Lite v1.4:
O.CA chest armor compatibility update.
Thats all, the next big update is the Rikugou avatar and accessory series, its a real mess so this will take some time to fix.

This is the Kemono content development mesh dummy.
Theres 2 version sincluded, Avastar and normal. The Avastar version is only for those of you who have the Avastar tool for blender, otherwise use the normal version to rig your stuff.
What you can do with it:
You can use it as a shape guide if you wanna make clothing for The kemono avatar.
You can use it as a rigging tool along with the bone weight copy script, by copying its weights onto your mesh clothing or other items.
You can use it as a learning tool to learn rigging and experiment on it, especially following my tutorials and stuff.
What you cant do with it:
You aren’t allowed to sell this model, if you want to use parts of the model to create your own things for comertial purposes, contact me and explain to me what exactly you are going to do and the extent of your own work you are going to put into it.
things to know:
This dummy is just a rough representation of the Kemono avatar’s shape so it is borderline impossible to create skintight clothing that doesnt clip using this dummy.
When uplaoding your rigged creations, do not import the kemono skeleton joint posittions, the kemono avatar doesnt need that and it will just break things for you.
Using its skeleton for your own avatar isn’t recommended because it has custom joint positions that do not match the default SL avatar’s joint posittions.
If you are going to redistribute it or use it in your own tutorials, be sure to credit me.
Head over to the downloads page to get it.

Everything is finished and today ABC has opened her Kemono clothing store at AMH, she already has 6 clothing items on sale and has plans for many more things, come check it out.
Now that this is done, i can get to work on that Dummy.blend, if all goes right, it should be out during the weekend or beginning of the next week.

Okay so heres some Kemono news.
Me and my partner oOABCOo were working in collaboration on creating some clothing for Kemono, i have taught her everything she needs to know and she will now be taking over the Kemono part of clothing. I will still however be porting some of the old Avatar 2.0 clothing as well the new Avatar 2.0 clothing im going to make in the future alongside oOABCOo, so Kemono will get double the content.
So heres a little preview of what we have been up to.
Now for the rest of you who also want to create content for the Kemono avatar, the dummy.blend should be out this week (or next week cuz its still sunday) if everything goes like i have planned it
Finally, i have been asked for the original Kemono skin textures so many times that it got annoying to look for them in that mess of an inventory every time, so i just threw them all into a rar file and added it to the downloads page.
Okay so, thats that, IF! all goes like i planned it, all the new stuff from oOABCOo and the dummy.blend will come out this week.

Yesterday it was in the third place, today second, could it possibly take the first place :O? Meanwhile AMH is a Kemonotown xD, i have created a monster, and its loose.
I was like, going to make one of those mod features like i did for Rikugou, Avatar 2.0, and M3, but holy shit, this thing just exploded in these few days The Kemono has been out. Theres just too many awesome mods for me to list, go to the markeplace and check them all out.
This all gives me more incentive to make that dummy.blend file faster.

Okay so there was another bug in the avatar that occasionally broke peoples shoulders after teleporting to a new sim. I have no idea if this update fixes anything because on your own screen you might still look fine when it happens, so i will need to gather some people and make a study group and have them observe if this ever happens again with the updated body.
On the other news, the Kemono hair can now be bought separately for those who dont wanna buy the whole avatar just to get the hair.

Okay so before i begin, i want to let everyone know that we have found and fixed a few more bugs so you all will need to update your kemonos if you bought them in a date before this blog post was made.
The fixes are:
A bug with the hair loading wrong texture for white primary color and not loading anything for black secondary color.
A bug with the boots, making them clip with the bonus stockings and kneesocks. And a bug with the head that made the eye lashes break permanently and made them impossible to fix
how to use the update card
Rez the card on the ground or wear it, be patient.
If nothing happens within 10 minutes, detach or take it back and wait a day and try again
If you think you only got a notecard, check your notice center, maybe the second update accept dialog got lost, if not than, detach or take it back and wait a day and try again.
if you try to repeatedly rez/wear the card, you will spam the update server with update requests and it will block you for 24 hours.
Okay so, now that this is done, i bet you all have a bunch of questions regarding what will i do next and when is this and that going to come.
So next on my To do list a big Avatar 2.0 and M3 overhaul, a bunch of new texture appliers for the M3, Kemono and Avatar 2.0, Adding boob size options to the remaining Avatar 2.0 clothing, adapting more Avatar 2.0 clothing for the Kemono body and probably a dummy.blend for Kemono.
Heres a list of changes that are going to be made to the Avatar 2.0 and the M3 heads in the upcoming update.
Changes to the M3 system:
Ability to control each eyelid separately, you will now be able to close one eye, or close one eye more than the other.
Originally the M3 head was supposed to have eye texture layer color control in addition to the base layer color control, but due to technical difficulties, we had to remove that feature from the final release. While working on the kemono, we have found a workaround for that technical difficulty that allowed us to somewhat bring back the lost functionality, you will be able to select from 5 different eye texture colors.
We have will also added a v1 viewer compatibility mode for those of you who have old computers and are forced to use v1 viewers.
And finally, the head will now listen to user made scripted object commands to change the expressions and stuff like that.
The M3 hud will now has a Hide button that hides it offscreen.
The M3 hud will now Auto detects witch side of the screen you have attached it to and realign its options menu to that side of the screen to prevent the click block mesh bug from happening. It also can no be attached wherever you want it to be attached without screwing it up like before.
The presets window will now be a separate HUD in itself, it has lost all of its nonsensical functions and now focuses on saving your full facial expressions instead.
Changes to the Avatar 2.0:
The Avatar 2.0 will support asymmetrical textures and texture appliers.
The new way i came up with for joining objects will free the 8th material that was previously used to eliminate the join seams, so each object will get one additional hide option. The avatar will now have hand position’s, it will also have boob sizes built into it that you can select from the HUD.
The HUD will now have an options menu like the kemono HUD where you can select the skin texture and other stuff.

And its done, i managed to find some time to finish it before the next week .
The kemono avatar
All the furry avatar bodies i tried on SL have one big problem, very limited hide areas(or no areas you can hide at all) making it impossible to wear anything on them and very few clothing items made by the original creators of such bodies, So this is my attempt at fixing this problem. This avatar is a combination of both the Avatar 2.0 and the M3 head systems. You will be able to hide different areas of the body and customize it to the tiniest detail. It also features some of the new solutions to the problems that the Avatar 2.0 is facing now. (these solutions will also be implemented into the avatar 2.0 too)
And in the head department, there are so few cute looking furry heads, most furries just wear some realistic dog head on a human body or some terrible pile of linked prims from 2004 and that just makes me go :|, and even the good looking heads have one big problem, its the eyes. They pop out and every time you do something to your shape, making you reposition your head and readjust the eye sliders. It just makes it borderline impossible to wear rigged mesh hair with some of those heads because repositioning the head to fit the hair is impossible without derping up the eyes.

If you have previously owned an M3 head, these are the features that are new to the M3 system (that are also coming to the standard M3 head too)
Ability to control each eyelid separately, you can now close one eye, or close one eye more than the other. Originally the M3 head was supposed to have eye texture layer color control in adition to the base layer color control, but due to technical difficulties, we had to remove that feature from the final release.

The presets window is now a separate HUD in itself, it has lost all of its nonsensical functions and now focuses on saving your full facial expressions instead.
Have a nice yiff :B
But the news dont end here! I have also updated the shorts to work with the new Kemono avatar and made a new version of the short hoodies that now come in different boob sizes, texture change menu, and are also compatible with the new Kemono avatar.
Check them out.
